Tree Bark Instrument 

This is the Tum Tum drum. I found this instrument very interesting because it is a home made instrument and the way that they make it. It is made from a hollowed out tree bark. They are able to make different sounding drums from different sized tree barks. I also thought that the Steele drum instrument was interesting also because they make it the same way the Tum Tum is made. They use a hollowed out Steele bowl and dent certain parts of it to make different notes. to play both instruments you use a stick to hit certain parts of the drum to make higher and lower notes.
